Support business growth by identifying suitable clients, arranging initial discussions, understanding their project challenges, and coordinating follow-up with our senior consultants and leadership team. This is not a simple call-centre sales role — you must be able to communicate professionally with contractors, employers, developers, EPC companies, consultants and project teams.
- Research potential clients, projects, sectors and decision-makers in target markets.
- Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls and other approved channels.
- Arrange introductory calls and discovery meetings for senior consultants.
- Understand client needs related to contracts, claims, project controls, commercial management, training, tender/procurement support and digital project workflows.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, contact lists, follow-up actions and opportunity status.
- Prepare short briefing notes before sales calls, including company background, sector, potential needs and relevant services.
- Support proposal preparation, capability statements, presentations and follow-up emails.
- Coordinate with technical consultants, project controls specialists and AYATA platform team members when client requirements need deeper explanation.
- Track sales pipeline, weekly activity, meeting outcomes and next actions.
- Represent the company professionally and avoid making unapproved pricing, legal, contractual or technical commitments.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, client coordination, proposal coordination or account management.
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, mining, EPC, consultancy, SaaS or professional services is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, especially written follow-up and professional email communication.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, spreadsheets, email systems and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to understand technical or professional services even if not personally an engineer, planner, contract manager or claims specialist.
- Professional communication and client follow-up discipline
- Research and lead qualification
- CRM and pipeline tracking
- Clear written English
- Ability to listen, ask structured questions and summarize client needs
- Confidence speaking with senior professionals
- Organized, persistent and respectful sales approach
- Interest in construction, contracts, claims, project controls and digital project systems
- Qualified meetings are booked with relevant client contacts.
- CRM records and follow-up actions are complete and current.
- Client needs are summarized clearly before senior consultant involvement.
- Sales pipeline is visible, structured and regularly updated.
- Follow-up is timely, professional and consistent.
- The candidate represents Capital Contracts, Atlas CCM and AYATA with credibility and care.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, organized, confident in communication and comfortable working remotely with international teams. The person does not need to be a construction claims expert, but must be willing to learn the language of contracts, project controls, commercial management and digital project workflows.
This role requires disciplined, professional and ethical business development. The candidate must not promise prices, outcomes, legal opinions, claim success, software capabilities or delivery commitments without approval from company leadership.
